DO:
- Start out slowly and work your way up. Trust me. You might feel very restricted at first, so wear your waist trainer for a few hours at a time every day
- Wear your trainer for about 4-6 hours a day for best results
- Engage in core workouts to strengthen the muscles and encourage more sweat to drop water weight and see more results faster.
- Eat more nutritious foods and drink plenty of water. If you want a smaller waist sooner, you must treat your body right and the results will come.
- Listen to your body, if your cincher is starting to hurt, take it off.
- Do measure your body and wear the correct size, when your trainer no longer fits correctly, reward yourself with the next size down.
DON'T:
- Purchase a size too small and struggle getting in and out of it in hopes to make it work, you will waste your money and your time.
- Continue wearing your trainer if you are having shortness of breath or feel pinching. This is usually due to wearing the wrong size.
